How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Evolvin account directly from the app:
- Open the Evolvin app
- Go to the Base tab → Settings
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion
Alternative: If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing contact@evolvin.app.
What Gets Deleted
After the grace period, the following data is permanently and irreversibly deleted:
- Profile data (name, email, birth date, gender)
- Chat messages and conversation history
- Journal entries
- Reflection and release session transcripts
- Shadow Web data (beliefs, patterns, values, triggers)
- Goals and commitments
- Token usage records
Retention Period
When you request account deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time, you can restore your account by signing back in.
After 30 days, all your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted. This action cannot be undone.
What Is Not Retained
All user data is deleted — nothing is kept after the grace period. We do not retain any personal data, content, or usage records once the deletion is finalized.
